Communicating @ AliBaba or Trades Manager

Everybody is facing a problem in Communicating @ AliBaba or Trades Manager, though they do not complain this is the fact.

:: Everybody I contact through  AliBaba Trades Manager is new to their  relevant  field  of Business as Sales or Marketing persons. Technical background is nil. Do the Bosses know about this?

I do not understand this as how they do business with in Experience people  and they always want learn from their customers. It is too Bad. Waste of time. They do not understand the essential  art of the Business and Customer services required

 1. If you need a any product you should communicate regarding the product only. What is called "Customer requirement". Suppose a dealer wants a detergent they try to push liquor for them. Is that correct when a person needs a 'Pigeon' and you discuss about a 'Pig'? No ! Then why are they wasting the customers’ time and trying to push their stuff. The sales people are not given proper training to deal with. Or are the Bosses pushing the Sales people to some how convince and sell their own Product.  I don’t understand.

2. The sales people has very poor knowledge in their products even they have the experience of two years. Why?They do not understand the technical terms or the correct specifications of their own product. Why are the Bosses so Ignorant to keep a person with out technical knowledge. Utter waste of time. Useless people are always chatting and wasting their time. When ever I ask for a technical term or specification I was always told by the Sales people " Excuse me Sir I am just a Sales Person I have to ask my Engineer (or Technician) he is not here right now this is my E-mail you can ask any question i will reply" Do you know Why do we Chat online? To get the correct  information as immediately as possible. When I say; "OK! put me on a person who knows the technicalities of your Product" They say " He has not come to office as yet" or " My boss does not understand English" So what do I do?Like wise immense lots of people having problems. But non of them don’t no want to complain. Because they think poor sales people if they complain they will go out of job. What about me?If I go out of business may be many people who are working for me will go out of job

How can we solve this problem?
